About me

I’m a classically trained designer, with a BFA in Visual Communications. My work in branding, marketing, and web design — spanning small studios, global agencies, startups, and freelance — instilled in me a deep empathy for users, which naturally led me to product design. Here, I champion user needs and craft elegant, impactful solutions that make technology easier, more enjoyable, and more accessible for everyone.

When I’m not working, you can find me experimenting in the kitchen, going to rock shows, shopping with my daughter, daydreaming about future travels, or on the couch with the husband and doggos, bingeing a series.

“Simply put, Susi is one the most naturally gifted designers that I’ve ever known. She has exceptional sensibilities, particularly with user interface design. It was a delight to work with her and it always gave me great assurance to know that the end-product was in her hands.”

“Susi is sharp and has a way of conceptualizing and creating user experiences that is so smart and innovative but also intuitive. She’s also just a reliable, awesome colleague. I can’t recommend her enough.”

Kristin Briggs
Principal Product Manager

“I can confidently say she is an exceptional designer and design leader. Her creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas are matched only by the quality of her execution. Susi consistently elevates any project she works on, bringing both vision and precision to the table. Any team would be fortunate to have her onboard!”

John Fuller
Oracle Analytics Director of User Experience

“I had the opportunity to work with Susi on Harley-Davidson and SC Johnson, and I was quite lucky at that. Susi is very honest, and very real about design and the design process. She can gracefully let you know if the design is going in the right direction, and furthermore, she helps to motivate and inspire you when the “creative juices” well is running dry. You almost forget she's one of the most talented designers/art directors out there with how fun and personable she is.”
